»Raglan from above« with Thorsten Duit
In this four-hour workshop on September 24, 2021, starting at 6 p.m., you'll learn how to knit a sweater from the top down – in one piece! Not only is it quick, but you can also try it on again and again while you're knitting! And at the end, there's very little to sew! With the top-down raglan technique, you can knit sweaters that fit any size without stress – the sophisticated raglan line is created by clever increases. Thorsten Duit will show you how it all works in this workshop and how to calculate a raglan sweater precisely for your measurements. Please bring your selection of circular knitting needles, as well as various stitch markers (10 pieces), and a centimeter ruler. Anything you don't have at home, you can, of course, buy in a store.
For this course, you should have basic knitting skills: casting on stitches, knitting and purling, knitting stitches together, increasing stitches, and casting off. In the course, you'll start knitting your own RVO right away. There will be a wool consultation at the beginning of the course, and then you can get started right away!
