Little Stitches Shawl

Inspired by decorative Japanese embroidery, the Little Stitches Shawl is a top-down triangular shawl that blends delicate patterns into stripes of alternating colors for a subtle, pieced effect. The impression of embroidery is achieved through slipped stitch stars and weave patterns (which require only one yarn at a time), combined with stockinette stitch sections. An I-cord cast-off border frames the edge for a clean, graphic finish.
