Piopardo is a really beautiful yarn with effective but subtle color gradients.
A single-colored thread was twisted with a thread of alternating colors, creating an interesting play of colors. Piopardo has a soft, woolly feel and is suitable for many projects, such as the "Nightshift" shawl by Andrea Mowry.
