All 17 sock patterns are available in multiple sizes and feature all sorts of techniques and interesting constructions, top-down or top-up, with many variations on the heel and toe. There's something for everyone, from beginners to advanced knitters.
Of Hélène Magnússon's 17 designs, 14 are brand new, while 3 have been reissued: Mosi socks, released earlier this year, Barði, the pattern previously exclusive to Icelandic Yarn Club 1, and a DK version of the Icelandic High Socks, first published in the book Socks around the world.
The socks in the book are all knitted with Katla Sokkaband, which we also have in all colors in our shop.
