Starri

In my garden and in all the gardens in my neighborhood, I have rowan trees where you can see starlings (called "starri" in Icelandic) feeding on the red berries in the fall. There are so many of these colorful rowan trees in Reykjavik that they've almost become a symbol of the city center!
